Meades Restoration

Some test spots cleaning up organic matter and white deposits on brick for The Champlain Waterfront Hotel. Not all white deposits are the same; could be efflorescence, calcite, lime, white scum, integral water repellants, admixtures, sealers or Barium. Tests are required to determine which product(s) will work. I used @eaco_chem #EF-Fortless to try and remove Calcium Chloride. The white deposits remained. Next step is a test for Calcium Carbonate but might have to wait until spring. Always have to make sure you return when things are dry to see full results.
